Contract-for-Hire Division
Professionals are supplied on a ‘try before you hire’ basis, which is a popular choice for companies and employees alike, to ensure technical and cultural fit before agreeing to a long-term hire.
Contract-to-hire services give you the opportunity to assess the performance of your prospective new employee while they accomplish tasks. During this time, you can determine their suitability for placement in the organization long-term.
Our process takes into full consideration the consultant’s potential for the transition from contract to direct hire with your company, ensuring the needs and desires of both parties are properly aligned.
Initially candidates perform services for you as our W2 employee and receive full benefits including health and dental insurance, Paid Time Off, 401k, Credit Union, long and short term disability and bi-weekly direct deposit payroll.
Upon the successful completion of a trial term (typically 6 -12 months), the employee, at the client's discretion, would convert to the organization’s payroll as a permanent employee.
The "try and buy" approach maximizes the clients' ability to make a hiring decision, in a timely manner, while minimizing the risks associated with direct employment.
